30-day return window
Contact info@voltshore.com within 30 days after delivery to request a return. Standard returns require the item to be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Include your order number and product SKU. Please wait for return instructions before mailing an item.
Shipping costs
Customers pay return shipping for a change-of-mind return. If the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or we sent the wrong item, contact us with photos and we will provide next steps and cover the appropriate return shipping.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method. Your payment provider may need additional time to post it. This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
Exceptions
Some items may have hygiene, safety, or manufacturer-specific return limits. Any exception will be identified on the product page or at checkout before purchase.
